It’s Ready LLC


1. INTRODUCTION

By scheduling, booking, or receiving any service from It’s Ready LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer” or “client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These policies are designed to ensure a consistent, professional, and high-quality experience while protecting both the client and It’s Ready LLC.


2. SERVICES PROVIDED

It’s Ready LLC provides professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior hand washing

  • Interior detailing and deep cleaning

  • Maintenance detailing programs

  • Paint correction and enhancement

  • Ceramic coatings

  • Specialty and custom detailing packages

All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and operational capacity.

Pricing Disclaimer:
Service pricing may vary based on vehicle size, type, condition, level of contamination, excessive pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or undisclosed conditions not communicated at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle’s condition differs materially from what was described at the time of scheduling.


3. BOOKING & SERVICE CONFIRMATION

Appointment Reservations

When you book an appointment, we reserve a specific time window for your service.

Arrival times are estimates only. Technicians may arrive up to 1 hour after the scheduled time due to traffic, prior job delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.

Service Location

You are responsible for ensuring the service location is lawful, safe, and accessible (e.g., driveway, parking lot, approved commercial space).

If a location is unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule the appointment.

Personal Belongings

You must remove all personal items, valuables, money, firearms, sensitive documents, and other significant belongings before service.

It’s Ready LLC is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle or at the service location.

Vehicle Condition

All vehicles must be capable of withstanding normal professional cleaning processes (vacuuming, pressure washing, machine polishing, steam cleaning, etc.).

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing defects

  • Loose trim or badges

  • Worn paint

  • Aftermarket modifications

  • Mechanical or electrical faults

Water & Power Access

If available, you may provide a water spigot and/or electrical outlet.

If unavailable, you authorize us to use our own equipment (water tanks, generators, or alternative systems).

Staffing & Subcontractors

We reserve the right to assign technicians or independent contractors at our discretion. This does not affect your rights under these Terms.

Service Request Verification

We reserve the right to verify address, vehicle condition, package selection, and service scope prior to confirming an appointment.

We may refuse or cancel service at our discretion.


4. PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards processed through Stripe (or similar processor).

Cash or check is not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Booking Deposits

Certain services require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits:

  • Are applied toward the total service cost

  • May be non-refundable depending on cancellation timing

  • Authorize us to charge the card on file

Auto-Billing Authorization

By providing your payment details, you authorize It’s Ready LLC and its payment processor to securely store and charge your card for:

  • Outstanding balances

  • Approved additional services

  • Recurring membership charges

Your card may be charged automatically when payment becomes due.

Prepaid Service Bundles

We may offer discounted prepaid bundles (e.g., 3, 6, or 9 services).

Prepaid services are non-refundable once the first service in the bundle has been completed.

If cancellation occurs before the first service, refunds may be considered at our discretion minus processing fees.


5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

24-Hour Notice Requirement

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with proper notice may receive:

  • Deposit refund (minus transaction fees), or

  • Credit toward a future service

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

If a technician arrives and:

  • You are not present

  • The vehicle is unavailable

  • Access is denied

We reserve the right to charge the full service price.

Company-Initiated Changes

We may reschedule due to:

  • Weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Staffing issues

  • Safety concerns

In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or service credit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may have transaction fees deducted.


6. WEATHER POLICY

We reserve the right to determine whether weather conditions require rescheduling.

Appointments impacted by weather are not eligible for direct cash refunds.

We may:

  • Reschedule

  • Offer interior-only service

  • Issue service credit

Exterior services may be postponed in severe conditions.


7. LIABILITY & VEHICLE SAFETY

Customer Assumption of Risk

By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with professional detailing processes.

Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for:

  • Scratches

  • Rock chips

  • Rust

  • Faded paint

  • Loose trim

  • Failing clear coat

  • Mechanical or electrical defects

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects.

Battery & Electrical

We are not responsible for battery discharge or electrical malfunctions occurring before, during, or after service.

Hazardous Materials

If undisclosed biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, sharps, or chemical spills are present, we may refuse or terminate service.

Additional fees may apply if agreed upon in advance.

Property Liability

We are not liable for damage to driveways, garages, or service locations unless caused by gross negligence.


8. SERVICE GUARANTEE & CLAIMS PROCESS

Quality Guarantee

If you believe your service was not completed according to the agreed package, notify us within 48 hours.

Claims Procedure

Include:

  • Description of concern

  • Photos within 24 hours of claim

Redos

If workmanship is verified as deficient, we will redo the affected area at no charge.

Refunds

If you decline a redo appointment, refunds are at our discretion.

Third-Party Intervention

If you or another company attempt to correct the issue before we inspect it, any refund or redo claim becomes void.


9. GIFT CARDS

  • Non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • No expiration unless otherwise stated

  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

  • Cannot be combined with promotions unless specified

If service exceeds gift card value, the balance must be paid.


10. SEVERITY & RE-QUOTING

If the vehicle condition is significantly worse than described (excessive pet hair, odors, stains, biohazards), we may:

  • Re-quote the service

  • Upgrade the package

  • Apply additional fees

  • Refuse service


11. COMMUNICATION & PRIVACY

We may contact you via:

  • SMS

  • Phone call

  • Email

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Basic information may be shared with technicians to fulfill service.

12. ABUSIVE CONDUCT & REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Zero Tolerance

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct toward staff results in immediate termination without refund.

Void of Guarantees & Future Services

Such conduct permanently voids:

  • Service guarantees

  • Membership eligibility

  • Future booking privileges

  • Outstanding credits or promotional benefits

We reserve the right to refuse future service.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Personal property left in the vehicle

  • Pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic issues

  • Battery discharge

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.


14. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.


15. MODIFICATIONS & CONTACT

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version is posted on our website and becomes effective immediately upon posting.

Continued booking or use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
