
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
By scheduling or receiving any service from It’s Ready LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer” or “client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality experience for all parties involved.
2. BOOKING & SERVICE CONFIRMATION

Appointment Reservations
- Once you book an appointment, we reserve a time window specifically for you. The team may arrive up to 1 hour after the scheduled time due to traffic, prior jobs running longer, or other unforeseen delays.
- We do not guarantee exact arrival times; any times given are estimates only.

Personal Belongings
- You must remove all personal items, valuables, money, and other significant belongings from your vehicle prior to the detailing.
- It’s Ready Detailing is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle or on-site.

Service Location
- You are responsible for ensuring that the service location is lawful, safe, and accessible (e.g., driveway, parking lot, etc.). If you feel otherwise, please communicate concerns to the technician.

Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles must be capable of withstanding normal cleaning processes (vacuuming, hand washing, etc.). We do not accept liability for any damage arising from pre-existing issues or mechanical/electrical faults.

Water & Power Access
- If available, you may provide a water hose spigot and/or an electric outlet for the technician to use. If you cannot provide these, you consent to us using our own equipment (e.g., waterless wash, inverter generator).

Staffing & Subcontractors
- We reserve the right to use independent contractors or change the assigned technician without penalty. This does not void any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions.

Service Request Verification
- All requests may require address, vehicle condition, and package verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our sole discretion.
3. PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept credit and debit cards processed by Stripe (or similar). Cash or check is generally not accepted unless explicitly stated.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

Booking Deposits
- Some bookings may require a deposit to secure your spot. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your card for the deposit if applicable.
- If you cancel outside the allowed window (see Cancellation Policy), we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

Auto-Billing
- For recurring or membership services, you may opt to keep a card on file. In such cases, your card will be charged automatically after each service or on a set schedule.

Advance Payments
- We may offer discounts if you prepay for multiple services (e.g., 3, 6, or 12). Prepaid amounts are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Cancellation/Refund Policies.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

24-Hour Notice Requirement
- We respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
- If you provide this notice and do not wish to reschedule, you may request a deposit refund, minus any transaction fees.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
- Should the technician arrive at the agreed location and be refused/declined or unable to locate you, the appointment is non-refundable and we may charge the full service price.

Company-Initiated Changes
- We may alter or reschedule bookings due to staffing, weather, equipment failure, or other operational issues. We will inform you as soon as possible and offer a new time slot or a credit.

Failure to Be Present
- Failure to be present at the scheduled time and place without prior agreement may result in the full service value being charged.

Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, any transaction fees or processing costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. WEATHER POLICY

Weather Determination
- It’s Ready Detailing reserves the right to determine if an appointment must be rescheduled or modified due to inclement weather (rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.).

No Direct Refunds for Weather
- Appointments affected by unforeseen weather are not eligible for a cash refund. We will reschedule or transfer the payment to a gift card for future use.

Interior-Only in Severe Conditions
- In cases of extreme cold or hazardous weather, we may only provide Interior services or postpone Exterior service until conditions improve.
6. LIABILITY & VEHICLE SAFETY

All Vehicles Cleaned at Customer’s Risk
- We take every precaution, but customers assume risk for any existing issues or potential new issues arising from normal cleaning processes.

Battery Discharge & Electrical
- It’s Ready Detailing does not accept liability for discharged batteries or electrical faults before, during, or after the service. Please verify all lights and electronics are turned off after we finish.

Pre-Existing Damage
- If we notice dents, rust, loose trim, or other damage, we may document it. We are not responsible for such pre-existing conditions becoming more apparent post-cleaning.

Unsafe Conditions
- If a vehicle has hazardous materials (e.g., mold, bodily fluids, sharps) that were not disclosed at booking, we may refuse or terminate the service. Additional fees may apply for biohazard cleanup if agreed upon in advance.

Property & Location Liability
- We are not liable for any damage to the location where the service is performed (e.g., driveways, garages, parking lots) unless caused by our gross negligence.
7. SERVICE GUARANTEE & COMPLAINT HANDLING

Quality Assurance
- If you believe our technician did not fulfill the agreed package or there is evidence of poor workmanship, notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

Redos & Refunds
- We will redo the unsatisfactory portion at our cost if there is clear cause.
- If you refuse a redo appointment, refunds or partial credits are at our discretion.

Unauthorized Repairs or Cleaning
- If you or a third party attempts to correct an issue before we can inspect it, any refund or redo claim is void.

Scope of Guarantee
- The guarantee only covers services actually booked and completed. Additional or different services (e.g., heavy stain removal, odor treatment) may require an upgraded package or extra fee.

Claims Procedure
- Email info@itsreadydetailing.com within 48 hours with a description and photos of the unsatisfactory area. Photos must be provided within 24 hours of making the claim.
8. REFUNDS & TOUCH-UPS

Refund Eligibility
- If a redo is offered and you decline, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Typically, no refund is given if we can reasonably correct the issue.

Timeframe for Touch-Ups
- If approved, revisit appointments or touch-ups are usually scheduled within 7–14 days, depending on availability.

No Refund After Third-Party Intervention
- Any cleaning or repair done on the vehicle by you or another shop before our inspection invalidates any refund or redo requests.
9. GIFT CARDS
- Non-Refundable & No Cash Value
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit.
- No Combination with Promotions
- Gift cards cannot be combined with other promos unless explicitly stated.
- Redemption & Extra Costs
- Gift cards are redeemable up to their balance. If services exceed that amount, you pay the difference.
- No Expiration / Not Replaceable
- Gift cards generally do not expire. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Excess Charges & Surcharges
- Larger vehicles, excessive pet hair, or additional services may incur an extra fee beyond the gift card value.
10. SEVERITY & RE-QUOTING
- Additional Charges for Excessive Condition
- If the vehicle has excessive pet hair, foul odors, bodily fluids, chemical spills, or is in worse condition than described, we may re-quote before or during the service.
- Refusal of Hazardous Conditions
- We do not handle major mold, severe chemical spills, or biohazards. If discovered and not disclosed, the appointment may be canceled, and cancellation fees may apply.
11. COMMUNICATION & PRIVACY
- SMS & Calls
- We may send SMS or call for scheduling, confirmations, or customer satisfaction surveys. Carrier rates may apply.
- Call Recording
- Inbound and outbound calls to our customer service line may be recorded for quality assurance.
- Data Sharing
- Basic info (name, phone, address, vehicle details) may be provided to our technicians or subcontractors to fulfill your request.

12. ABUSIVE CONDUCT & REFUSAL OF SERVICE
- Zero Tolerance
- We will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse toward our staff. Any abusive behavior results in immediate service termination without refund.
- Right to Refuse
- We reserve the right to refuse any service or request that goes beyond the booked detailing or poses safety or legal concerns.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- No Liability for Property Inside Vehicle
- We are not responsible for valuables, personal property, or damage to items left in the vehicle.
- No Liability for Pre-Existing Issues
- We accept no liability for mechanical/electrical faults or damage related to pre-existing conditions (including, but not limited to, rust, loose parts, faulty wiring, etc.).
- Discharged Batteries
- We do not accept liability for battery drainage or electrical malfunctions that may occur during or after the service. We recommend you check all interior and exterior lights after the service to ensure they’re off.
14. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY
- Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United States.
- Severability
- If any clause herein is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15. MODIFICATIONS & CONTACT
- Policy Updates
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version is posted on our website and will apply to all subsequent services.
