At your apartments, yes. The only thing we ask is to have enough space to move around the vehicle. If you’re parked in a tight spot with no open spaces, that makes things a lot more complicated for us. 9 out of 10 times we can perform the detail at your job. The only thing we ask is if you can confirm that we’re allowed on the premises. Property management sometimes does not like/allow detailers performing work on-site.
We carry our own water and power onboard to get the job done. However, if we’re at your home location, it is sometimes easier (and quieter) to use your power outlets.
We don’t at the moment. Your seats are one of the most critical components in keeping you safe. We would not want to unplug or relocate anything that would risk that. We have a variety of devices and brushes that enable us to properly clean around the seat and remove most stains.
It is essential to take out your belongings or accessories present in the car during car detailing. The experts need to clean every bit of your vehicle, so that won’t be possible with them already present in the car.
Yes, we accept both cash and card. Whichever you prefer. We do not accept checks.

For the most part, yes. There will be a few times where we can do a same-day service depending on where you’re located and the services you’re requesting. However, 98% of the time, we’re by appointment only.
We’ve seen an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellation/reschedules. This brings a lot of problems for a small business like ours. With a deposit, it lets us know you’re serious about working with us (and we appreciate that!).
No, the deposit will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is NOT an additional fee. For instance, if the total price is $400, and your deposit was $50, then at time of checkout, you’ll only pay $350 (don’t worry, we’ll keep track of it all).
It all usually comes down to the vehicle’s condition. In general, it can take between 2 and 5 hours to complete. We’ve worked on coupes that took 4 hours to complete due to bad vehicle condition. On the other hand, because it was well-kept, we completed an SUV in 2.5 hours.
Some stains will come off more easily than others due to the nature of the stain and the substance on which it is applied. We have significant expertise and experience (along with a variety of tools and solutions) to manage the majority of scenarios. Even with all of that, certain stains will not be completely removed.
If the weather is generally warm with little humidity, your vehicle will be 85 percent dry by the time we’re finished. Because of the weather, it will take longer for your interior to dry if it is cold or raining.
