Service and booking:

  • Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.
  • The time selected is a time window, and the team member may arrive up to 1 hour after the scheduled time.
  • It’s Ready Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside the vehicle, or the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with the technician.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
  • It’s Ready Detailing or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.
  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.
  • Clients can provide a water hose spigot and an electric outlet. In the event the client cannot provide these items, the client consents to It’s Ready Detailing’s equipment (e.g., Waterless wash and wax, Inverter Generator).
  • We reserve the right to use any independent contractor to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.
  • While every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness, and this is done without voiding our cancellation policy.
  • Services must be purchased with an approved payment method as determined by the business. Payments in the form of cash or check are not accepted.
  • We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Stripe.com.
  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.
  • All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of It’s Ready Detailing. It’s Ready Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • It’s Ready Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing.
  • It’s Ready Detailing will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

 

Service Guarantee:

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from It’s Ready voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits refunds at the discretion of It’s Ready Mobile Detailing.
  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.
  • Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by It’s Ready Detailing are covered under our service guarantee. Any services not authorized by It’s Ready Detailing are at the customer’s own risk.
  • Payment is due upon completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee, and any redo services or discounts are at the sole discretion of It’s Ready Detailing.
  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by emailing info@itsreadydetailing.com. Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be emailed to info@itsreadydetailing.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Weather policy:

It’s Ready Detailing reserves the right to determine if an appointment must be rescheduled and/or adjusted due to unforeseen weather conditions. Any scheduled appointment affected by inclement weather is not eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled, or clients can choose to have the appointment amount transferred to a gift card for future use.

Cancellation policy:

Upon booking, you are reserving a space on your service provider’s schedule. Should circumstances occur that result in a needed cancellation, It’s Ready Detailing respectfully requires 24 hours’ notice to allow for the reserved space to be rebooked.

Cancellations must be made over the phone. In the event it is after business hours, a timestamped email will be accepted. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Should the detailer arrive at the provided location on the date of service and the services are refused/declined or the client is unable to be located, the appointment is non-refundable.

Our cancellation/rescheduling policy is designed to ensure fairness for all of our clients and to minimize disruptions to our schedule. Please note that when you book an appointment with us, we reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes situations arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and we have established the following policy to handle these situations. If the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and you do not wish to reschedule, the customer can request a deposit refund. We will process the refund, but a transaction fee may be deducted from the deposit.

We reserve the right to take full payment if a booking is canceled on the day without prior agreement. Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation/rescheduling policy. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and preferences. We appreciate your understanding of these guidelines and look forward to providing you with the highest quality service.

Package and severity details:

Upon booking, the client acknowledges that the services to be rendered are reflective of the package purchased. The client understands that any additional services required will incur additional charges. As it is likely we are arriving at an unseen site, It’s Ready Detailing reserves the right to re-quote in the event of severity. Severity can include, but is not limited to, excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, or aggressive oxidation. In the event re-quoting is needed, It’s Ready Detailing will reach out to the client. NO biohazard waste should be present. Contact us before booking if your vehicle has mold, human fluids, animal waste, sharps, or other unsanitary conditions at 801-931-1600. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Communications:

  • It’s Ready Detailing will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the detailer matched to your job, and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. It’s Ready Detailing is not responsible for any of these potential costs.
  • It’s Ready Detailing may provide your order request to any detailer within our network or out of our network to fulfill your request in a timely manner.
  • When your service request is matched to a provider, your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle information will be shared with that service provider.
  • It’s Ready Detailing may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.
  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Gift cards:

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Gift cards cannot be combined with promotions. Gift cards are redeemable for goods and services not exceeding the balance of the provided gift card. Should the gift card redeemer choose to add additional services, payment must be made to cover the outstanding balance owed.

Gift cards have no expiration date and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All gift card redemptions are subject to availability. The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate. Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damage, or other issues may apply.


Liability and Claims:

It’s Ready Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside the vehicle, or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with the technician.
